A notification on the lock screen that reaches a member even when your app is closed — the only mode that can. It joins the same automation and sends as email: if push can't reach a member it falls back to another channel, under one shared limit on how often a member is contacted. Device registration is live; delivery is turned on per brand for gradual rollout.

In-app message center (inbox)

A quiet inbox inside your app: a campaign's message lands here in addition to push and email, with unread counts and a read state — so it doesn't need push permission and won't buzz a phone at night. (Realtime pop-in is on the roadmap; the inbox and auto-drop on send are live.)
