The right tone
Formal address by default where it matters — French vouvoiement, German Sie, Japanese keigo, Korean 존댓말, Chinese 您 — with a friendlier register on hand for casual sends.
Compliance built in
Per-region defaults for consent (opt-in, double-opt-in), unsubscribe wording, and market-specific rules like France's Loi Toubon and Germany's Impressum requirement.
Regional formats
Each language carries its own number, date and currency conventions, so formatting matches the market — not a single hard-coded default.
Global coverage
Currency and time zone for every English, French and Spanish market.
Flash carries the official currency and primary time zone for roughly 75 countries across the English-, French- and Spanish-speaking world — from the US, UK and Canada to francophone Africa and all of Latin America — so a member's country resolves to the right money format and the right local time, without a manual lookup.
Multilingual countries are handled once — Canada carries English and French, Equatorial Guinea Spanish and French — so nobody falls through the cracks.

Localization here means formatting and targeting: prices, numbers and dates render in each member's regional format, and you segment by their chosen language. Flash does notmachine-translate the words you write — your copy is sent exactly as you wrote it — and amounts are shown in your store's currency (formatting only, never an exchange-rate conversion).
