Render the real member portal — points, coupons, tier — inside a native WebView with single sign-on. A first-party session keeps members logged in across in-app navigation, and the portal updates server-side without a new app build.
App Push as a Send Channel
Device tokens register with the platform and push joins the same automation and send stack as email, with a fail-open channel waterfall and one shared frequency cap so members are never double-messaged. (Delivery rolling out behind controlled enablement.)
Wallet Membership Card (Apple + Google)
Issue the card server-side from one endpoint — no app required. Apple returns a signed pass that auto-updates the moment a member's points or tier change; Google returns a save link. Requires the brand's wallet credentials (Apple Pass Type ID + signing certificate; Google issuer) configured.
Deterministic Store Visits
A QR check-in or in-store redeem fires a member-keyed store-visit event, deduplicated at the database. With a randomized holdout control group, store-visit lift is measured against a baseline — incremental, not self-reported footfall.
Thin Native SDK (3 Packages)
FlashCore (identity + push-token registration), FlashPortal (the WebView member center + SSO bridge — no native UI rebuild) and FlashLocation (store geofencing via CoreLocation / Play Services, no Radar dependency). The server bridges are live; the iOS Swift Package and Android Kotlin library wrap them and are in active development — integrate directly against the documented endpoints in the meantime.
Privacy by Construction
Push and location are gated by explicit consent plus the Global Privacy Control signal, fail-closed, with one-tap withdrawal. Flash never stores raw member coordinates — only derived events on a bounded retention window.
